Welcome to Our Blog for All Things Dental

An index card that says “welcome” sitting on a desk next to a cup of coffee and a laptop

Whether you’re looking for a new dentist in Hays or have been visiting us for years, welcome! Taking care of your smile isn’t always easy, and sometimes, you just need the reassurance of professional, online answers. That’s what our blog is for – to discuss all things dental and shed some light on best practices, troubling symptoms, and complex treatments.

But it wouldn’t do to start offering advice before you get to know us a little better! So here’s some more info on who we are and what we do.

Who We Are

Our dental office, Lifetime Dental Care, is located in Hays, not far from the Dwight D. Eisenhower Highway and the Sternberg Museum of Natural History. We focus on the health, function, and beauty of our patients’ smiles, and pride ourselves on providing first-class care. To that end, our three experienced dentists constantly pursue continuing education courses, and happily combine their skills so we can offer a comprehensive range of services.

What We Do

Any ‘ol dental practice can perform routine checkups and give your teeth a professional cleaning. While we’re happy to do this for you as well, we do provide some more unique treatments that make us stand out!

Dental Implant Restorations. Not only can our dentists provide you with a quality, customized dental implant restoration, but they can also complete the entire treatment process in our office. You won’t be needing a referral for implant surgery if you visit us for an implant crown, bridge, denture, or all-on-x.

CEREC Same-Day Restorations. Our advanced (and completely digital) CEREC system enables us to design and fabricate dental restorations on a same-day basis. In other words, if you don’t want to wear a temporary crown or veneers for a week or two while you wait for the more customized version, you don’t have to.

TMJ Treatment.TMJ disorders are fairly common, but not every dentist has the additional education it takes to effectively treat the issue. Depending on your situation, we can help you address your jaw pain with occlusal adjustments/equilibration, an occlusal splint, TENS, or even BOTOX injections.
